Storybook for Children suffering from anxiety

Dream a Little Dream is a 44-page early intervention tool designed with a play therapist to support children who have anxiety or are at risk of developing anxiety. This book can be used for children age 5 – 10 years and uses storytelling to translate mindfulness tools in a child centred language. This book supports children to connect to their breath, step out of fight or flight and safely process and identify worries they have relating to our current COVID 19 crisis.
